Fill out this Sponsorship Form and make a qualifying donation based on the level of sponsorship you choose:
Sponsorship FormLevel 1: a minimum $150 donation for recognition in all 4 of our pre-show announcements
Level 2: a minimum $250 donation includes level 1 as well as a half page ad space in our program (5.5x4.25”)
Level 3: a minimum $350 donation includes level 1, a full page ad space in our program (8.5x5.5”), and the ad will be printed as a poster (11x17”) and hung up in the lobby of the auditorium
